(NEWSER) – At least 10 people have been killed and up to 50 injured in a horrific three-vehicle crash in northern California involving a FedEx truck, a tour bus carrying high school students, and a Nissan Altima. The California Highway Patrol says the truck crossed a median and slammed into the bus on the other side of Interstate 5 around 100 miles north of Sacramento, causing an explosion and a fire just after 5:30pm yesterday, the APreports. The drivers of the bus and truck were killed, as well as five teenage students and three adult chaperones. The students were reportedly from a number of South LA County high schools.
